WARRANTY TERMS TECHSTORM
- Invoice must be presented for warranty claim.
- Warranty shall be rejected in case of External / Internal burn / damage / Major scratches / (Dent) due to force seating / screwing of component / dropping. (Burning warranty in PSU is covered as Per SILVERSTONE TECHNOLOGY TOS Only and can be rejected in cases beyond TOS).
- Warranty shall be void if manufacturer seal / Warranty sticker is removed / tempered for any purpose.
- In case of warranty of fans in Liquid cooler / Air cooler / Casing Or warranty of RGB strips in casing, Replacement of faulty fan / Rgb strip shall only be provided.
- Local warranty RMA is not on instant basis. RMA procedure can take upto 30 working days more or less.
- In case of end of life products refund shall pe provided or replacement with upgraded model is possible if available and by paying the difference amount.
- TECHSTORM Doesn't cover shipping charges in RMA.
- Any sort of external or internal alteration with the product voids warranty completely.
- Warranty will be expired if TECHSTORM close down operations in Pakistan.
- Complete accessories, Box & Protective packing material inside is required for warranty claim. Box should be in good condition to pack materials inside.
- All the transit charges are beared by customer if in case of international / extended / Limited warranty claim (only if such warranty is provided and must be
mentioned on invoice). - Techstorm reserves the right to provide refund / repair / replacement / credit note in local warranty.
- Customer shall accept the replacement / repair / credit note / refund whatever is provided by the manufacturer to us.
- TECHSTORM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- TECHSTORM shall not be held responsible for any loss.
- In case of ban on Import in Pakistan, RMA request cannot be entartained under any sort of warranty Local / International / Limited / Extended ETC.
- Damage in shipping / Bilty must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving, after that we are not responsible to provide any replacement / refund or compensation.
- Shipping shall be paid by buyer in warranty claim.

WARRANTY TERMS SILVERSTONE TECHNOLOGY
- (1) Product component defects or damages resulted from defective production is covered under warranty.Defects or damages with the following conditions will be fixed
or replaced under SilverStone Technology’s jurisdiction.
(a.) Usage in accordance with instructions provided in the manual, with no misuse, overuse, or other inappropriate actions*.
(b.) Damage not caused by natural disaster (thunder, fire, earthquake, flood, salt, wind, insect, animals, etc…)
(c.) Product is not modified or components replaced resulting in out of spec. operation.
(d.) Loss or damages resulted from conditions other than ones listed above are not covered under warranty. - (2) Under warranty, SilverStone Technology’s maximum liability is limited to the current market value for the product (depreciated value, excluding shipping, handling,
and other fees). SilverStone Technology is not responsible for other damages or loss associated with the use of product. - (3) Under warranty, SilverStone Technology is obligated to repair or replace its defective products. Under no circumstances will SilverStone Technology be liable for
damages in connection with the sale, purchase, or use including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of use of the product or incidental
or consequential damage whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based on breach of warranty, contract or negligence, even if SilverStone Technology has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. - (4) Warranty covers only the original purchaser through authorized SilverStone distributors and resellers and is not transferable to a second hand purchaser.
- (5) You must provide sales receipt or invoice with clear indication of purchase date to determine warranty eligibility.
- (6) If a problem develops during the warranty period, please contact your retailer/reseller/SilverStone authorized distributors or SilverStone.
Please note that: (i) You must provide proof of original purchase of the product by a dated itemized receipt; (ii) You shall bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise
transporting) the product to SilverStone authorized distributors. SilverStone authorized distributors will bear the cost of shipping (or otherwise transporting)
